One of the best riddles that my coworkers who were jabbed couldn't deny....

(Mind you, I think virus theory is mythology, but I met them in the middle)

If this is a new variant that is very different, omicron... Why didn't they update the mRNA code or make the vaccine have multiple variants inside it? Why didn't they update the shots for Delta?

They said that it would take a lot of time

I said, but they were able to start the original vaccines within days of getting the Wuhan coding. Even if it takes a month or two, isn't it smart to use this "quick vaccine" tech up to date with what is out there?

I suggested that they wait for the booster, because pfizer etc were saying that they were going to update the shots in 3 months. (Whatever happened to that? Lol)

Crickets. They still went and got the booster. One got sick after the booster for a few days but is ok now.

Face palm. 🤦‍♂️

I’m so happy I talked you into starting a Substack because I am enjoying your pieces immensely 😄

As you know, this is a topic dear to my heart and a puzzle (a riddle, if you will ;-) I continually struggle to crack, so I greatly appreciate your ideas on this matter.

*lol* re: offering a reward after each successful riddle-solving. Since you are dealing with a Pavlovian creature molded by behavioral psychology, you’re probably on the right track.

The whole paragraph on idolatry is gold, but especially this line: “Fortunately this is only a passing phase and there have been no cases of re-idolizing.” 🤣

And then you ramped it up to another hysterical degree in the next graf. And kept going!

As Homer Simpson would say, “Mmm … donuts.” 🤤

Love this. I've made a similar argument on how to wakeup the sleep walkers. Your comment on humour is excellent, one that I overlooked. Thank you.

I've had some success. It begins by being completely uninterested in waking them up so that they can relax out of the unthinking brain and become open to questions like those you suggest.

My first question is: this is not a normal vaccine. Would you like to know how it works?

If the answer is 'no' I stop. Zombie and therefore dangerous and talk about the weather or sports.

If 'yes' I proceed with asking how a normal vaccine works and go from there. Without any idea of waking them and simply giving their curiosity enough rope to begin pulling themselves up out of the delusion.

I've had a smidgen of success. The asleep are really asleep.
